We are seeking a research assistant. The role will focus on simulation, experimental characterization, and analysis related to high-speed electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
The research assistant will focus on the following tasksNumerical simulation of electronic devices. Experimental characterization analysis of high-speed electronic devices. Providing general research support to i-Lab@NTU.

Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory Good written and oral communication skills
