The Infectious Diseases Translational Research Programme (ID TRP), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at National University of Singapore, invites applications for a contract full time Research Assistant position.
- IDTRP Administrative & Logistics tasks:
- Supports IDTRP events:
- Prepares publicity materials & communication.
- Liaise with invited visiting speakers/academics (e.g. posters, emails, registration and collation of attendance, visiting schedule & reports).
- Prepares Academic visitors\' invitation letters & T&C, Visit programme/Schedule.
- Supports onsite logistics (venue booking, meals booking, office space, WIFI & if any meeting arrangements for Visitors during the onsite visits).
- Supports ID TRP email account.
- Handles the procurement; and documentation of assets registered under ID TRP.
- Supports the ID TRP postgrad society meetings & activities.
- Research activities: supports the programme research core activities and platforms.
- Any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Directors and Admin Lead.
- Bachelor degree.
- Motivated, reliable, diligent, and with excellent work ethics.
- Very organized and a team player.
- Able to take initiatives and to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
