Assist Research Managers in handling and responding to client enquiries
Sourcing, project-matching, input, distribution, and follow up of leads
Administrative and clerical duties for the Research department

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
Keen attention to detail
Must be comfortable doing administrative tasks
Experience in Customer service or Research is an advantage
