Applications are invited for the following full-time position in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at the National University of Singapore (NUS):Research Assistant (Quantitative Data Analysis)We are looking for a full-time research assistant to support data analysis for various research projects related to cancer risk, prevention and control at the population level. The successful candidate will work closely with a team under the Principal Investigator, Associate Professor Adeline Seow, and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analysing national health datasets to address issues related to cancer care and population health.Candidates need to be able to understand statistical modelling, have a strong mathematical background, and be fluent in R programming. The candidate will be working with the investigators on the analysis of big health data, utilising various statical methods (e.g., survival analysis) to infer statistical relationships and health outcomes.Responsibilities:
