Screening and recruiting suitable candidates as research participants. Explain protocol to research participants and take informed consent. Contact and schedule appointments for research subjects within the time frame required in the protocol. Tracing and returning of case notes and all other results required in the protocol. Responsible for data collection and performing research procedures. Documentation of patient reimbursement logs Filing and documentation of paper and electronic case report forms. Maintain source documentation for each patient in accordance to protocol requirements. Identify, document and submit protocol deviations to Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) according to hospital and sponsor procedures. Inform PIs and collaborators on any adjustments based on protocol change. Provide administrative support to PI and study team. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Diploma in health sciences related (e.g. nursing, pharmacy, clinical/public healthresearch)or related field. Knowledge or experience in research preferred Yishun Health is a network of medical institutions and health facilities of the National Healthcare Group in the north of Singapore. It comprises Admiralty Medical Centre, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.
