Yale-NUS College is seeking motivated candidates for a short-term Research Assistant position in the Division of Social Sciences.
The successful candidate will be engaged in the design, implementation, and analysis of behavioral EEG, and fMRI experiments. The experiments focus on the neutral correlates of responding to unexpected events across different modalities, including vision, audition, thermal somatosensation and pain. The work will include existing datasets as well as new data collection, and it will all be carried out as part of a team based at the N.1 Institute for Health (Centre for Life Sciences) and Yale-NUS College. as such, the ability to work collaboratively, to communicate effectively in speech and writing, and to proactively take responsibility are all important.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or a related experimental field is required.
• Experience with conducting and analyzing experiments is also needed, with a variety of experience in cognitive neuroscience experimentation preferable.
