Job Description
The NTU\xe2\x80\x99s Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute (NEWRI) is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will work as a Research Assistant in the area of wastewater treatment and resource recovery. This research position is available in a collaborative project funded by NRF.The purpose of this position is conducting research in nanofiltration membranes with advanced bioprocesses to achieve the set goals for this project.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate hybrid reactor to treat industry wastewater treatment.Perform samples analysis using advanced analytical equipment.Characterize feed stocks and final products.Responsible for data acquisition and processing.Prepare research reports and presentation materials.Job Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in chemical/environmental engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines.Water and material analysis skills.Experiences with wastewater treatment processes, biological treatment, or the related fields would be an advantage.Good communication and writing skill in English is essential to prepare research reports.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
