The successful candidate will contribute to a project aimed at \xe2\x80\x9cPredicting DNA-Protein Binding to Enhance the Safety and Efficacy of Bacteria-Based Cancer Therapy.\xe2\x80\x9dKey Responsibilities:Design new DNA and protein large language models (LLMs) algorithmsDevelop and evaluate AI models for predicting DNA-protein interactionsProvide guidance on other AI projects in the labAny other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a focus on AI algorithmsStrong communication skills in English - essential for data analysis and communication with stakeholdersExperience in developing deep learning modelsStrong background in machine learning and mathematicsPatient, curious, cooperative, and detail-orientedThe College of Science seeks a diverse and inclusive workforce and is committed to equality of opportunity.
