Research Associate (english)
Job Description
The School of Humanities at NTU-Singapore is a diverse and dynamic hub of research, innovation and education supported by a world-class faculty. As part of the school, the English Department engages with diverse cultures, theories, and disciplines, including literary and cultural trends in Asia and global and transnational studies.
We are looking for a Research Associate who can contribute to the following objectives of this research project:
Working on key research and academic work, related to a series of books that relate to literature and the visual arts or aesthetics
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and ordering key research materials
Providing summaries of key academic works
Building a select bibliography relevant to the project
Compiling and critically summarising key fictional texts and visual materials
Editing and preparing the manuscripts in advance of final submission
To assist with light administrative duties related to research
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in English literature
Strong writing and research skills.
