Research Associate - In Vivo Operations (Animal Handling/ URGENT)More Information:

  • Location: Queenstown
  • Salary : up to $3,200 depending on experience
  • IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Our client is a GLP-compliant and AAALAC accredited, preclinical CRO based in Singapore. They offer a range of preclinical services, from GLP toxicology safety assessments, aerosol generation and delivery to research support services to help achieve research goals. We are currently looking for a Research Associate - In Vivo Operations to support the operations.Responsibilities:
  • Full-time involvement in the practical conduct of studies
  • To perform daily work activities with animal housing/animal treatment as planned
  • To check plausibility and quality of generated raw data
  • To perform animal treatment activities and cross-functional activities for studies
  • To perform endpoint measurements in study, such as urine collection, blood collection & injections
  • May take up additional tasks in other areas e.g. Taskforce, validation and committees
Requirements:
  • Possess 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Possess good knowledge of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) understanding of Principles of Good Lab Practices (GLP), and the AAALAC principles.
  • Responsible Care and Use of Laboratory Animals Course (RCULAC) certificate
  • Analytical, methodical and quality conscious.
  • Preferably possess degree/ diploma in biological sciences from recognized institution or equivalent ITE qualification with 1 - 2 years of similar experience.
