The Research Associate / Research Fellow will work closely with the Principal Investigator to conduct and coordinate research related activities and projects. Duties will include: -Perform health economic evaluation, such as cost-effe The Research Associate / Research Fellow will work closely with the Principal Investigator to conduct and coordinate research related activities and projects. Duties will include: -Perform health economic evaluation, such as cost-effectiveness analysis etc. -Design instruments required for health economic evaluations. -Perform data retrieval from relevant health care providers' records and perform data cleaning to supply to economic evaluations -To participate in continual education and training programs such as scientific conferences, seminars and workshops. Job Requirements -Master or PhD level and well versed with general statistical analysis skills -Experience in health services research and implementation science -Able to multi-task and is performance oriented -Able to work in a team as well as independently -Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
