Research Associate (slope Stability)
Job Description
A Research Associate position is available in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
:
Work on the project to carry out finite element analyses related to the application of unsaturated soil mechanics for sustainable urban living, such as: tree health, tree stability, slope stability
Analyses of data from laboratory testing and field instrumentation as input parameters for numerical analyses
Laboratory works and field instrumentation on soil suctions, moisture contents and other geotechnical instruments related to slope stability
Job Requirements:
Master degree from relevant engineering/science field
Graduated from recognized university
Proficiency in programming language such as Python, C++
Research experience in Singapore research projects
Proficiency in English
