This approach opens up new possibilities for our customers and enables life-changing innovations.Reporting to the R & D Manager, the R & D Engineering Assistant (EA) is responsible for the following:JOB DESCRIPTION1) To assist the R & D Engineer in technical evaluation or part failure analysis when needed2) Oversee all engineering runs to ensure timely delivery to customers & update relevant information during daily shop floor meeting3) Work with Production & Planner in engineering run schedule & manpower arrangement4) Prepare documentation for QC in incoming material inspection & update the status to respective R & D Engineer5) In charge of assembly helping tool issuance process according to BOM6) Work with Store in raw material issuance process according to BOM7) Handle all engineering run documentation preparation8) Ensure engineering run by operator according to plan & highlight to R & D Engineer if abnormality observed9) Make proposals for further improvement & implement it in the production upon approval10) Take corrective & preventive action if non-conformance found or process is out of control11) Ensure that work is performed in accordance to the ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Quality Management System, EHS policy procedures & guidelinesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENT1) Recent NITEC/Diploma Engineering graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided2) Conversant in English & Chinese3) Familiar with Microsoft office n ExcelApplication InstructionsCandidates who are keen are invited to send their resumes to
