Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.Join us as a R&D process optimisation Intern to make an impact!You will join the Projects team, where we execute customer projects for energy management in East Asia and JapanLocation: KallangMission (About the Role) * Join the Control & Signaling R&D team to drive process efficiency and streamline workflows through innovative tools and solutions.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current R&D landscape, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development and optimization of tools that address these challenges.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the R&D organization by actively participating in the development of future roadmaps for tool evolution and process optimization.

What will you do?

• Assist in the development and optimization of tools related to the R&D organization.
• Analyze existing tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and test proposed improvements to existing tools.
• Contribute to the development of future roadmaps for tool evolution.
• Work closely with other members of the R&D team to ensure project success.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the constraints and challenges faced by an R&D office.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Data Analytics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have: Python / Web scraping / VBA. Nice to have: SQL / AI integration
