RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will conduct research on web GUI testing and code generation as part of an active research team led by Prof. HUO Yintong at SCIS, Singapore Management University.


Core responsibilities:


Collecting data for UI issues caused by AI-generated code. Analyze the issues and proposed potential solutions. Explore new UI testing methods / metrics for AI generated code. Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field from an institution. Minimum 3 years of experience related to programming, software engineering, or machine learning. Proficiency in programming software/languages such as Python and Java will be positively. considered. Familiarity with framework-based development across Web, Android, and iOS. Sufficient working knowledge of GUI testing; candidates with hands-on GUI testing experience will be positively considered. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and their application to code generation workflows is required. Good analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members.
