The Institute of Microelectronics (IME) is a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Positioned to bridge the R&D between academia and industry, IME\'s mission is to create innovative microelectronics technologies. Job Responsibilities:

• The role reports to a Senior Manager/Director. Candidate will be required to lead the development of all soft skills training in IME, including career development activities to support our institute\'s talent management strategies.
• Work alongside the Senior Manager/Director and team to support all talent development activities.
• Design and delivery of all soft skills development programmes in conjunction with the technical department\'s needs and relevant external suppliers.
• Provide consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the institute, acting as development expert and delivering specific pieces of projects for the institute.
• Leading and managing scientific outreach activities for the institute. Design and delivery of the Outreach programmes in conjunction with the technical departments, to support the institute\'s efforts to build the next gen of semiconductor experts.
• Provide overall planning, review, tracking and control of talent office budget.
• Plan IME\'s technical seminars and various stakeholders\' engagement.
• Deliver an attachment program with tertiary institutions/IHLs to enable student attachments in IME. Manage IME\'s student internship matters and engagement programs.
• Coordinate and engage with IME\'s joint appointees, scholars, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake any related tasks/duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Related Degree with Background in a Science or an Engineering (Microelectronics such Electronics, Electrical Engineering) or related discipline (B.Eng/B.Sc or Masters), preferably with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills and abilities to learn fast.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
