About the role
You'll lead concept development and validation for future technologies, working across electronics, sensors, and mechanical systems. This role involves hands-on design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Design electronic hardware (connectivity, embedded systems, sensors) including schematic design, PCB layout, and commissioning.
Identify and evaluate sensors, conduct feasibility studies, and validate concepts through simulations and lab testing.
Build prototypes and custom test rigs; develop test methods for performance validation.
Analyze data, propose algorithms, and communicate technical insights.
Design mechanical systems using CAD and simulation tools.
Collaborate with innovation teams, research, and suppliers to integrate emerging technologies.
Present findings, manage risks (FMEA), and produce technical documentation.
About you
Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field with relevant industry experience.
Hands-on expertise in hardware design, sensor integration, PCB design, and embedded platforms.
Skills in simulation, prototyping, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and/or C++.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Curious, inventive, and collaborative mindset.
Experience with Atlassian tools, machine learning, signal processing, microcontrollers, and PLM systems.
