Job Description


To perform work on applying large language models (LLMS) and related software to affordance reasoning in the area of robot imagination and Real2Sim2Real transfer. The use of discrete integral-geometric methods are expected to be a useful methodology in robot task and motion planning in this context. Performing basic research, publishing in top venues on these topics, contributing to demos, and participating in translational activities will be the primary responsibilities.The successful candidate should have knowledge of at least three of the following:1. Robot mechanics and control2. The use of physics-based simulation packages for robotics such as Isaac Sim or PyBullet3. Computer Vision4. Machine Learning Algorithms5.
