Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production.



This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Looking for a reliable, agile, resourceful, meticulous and professional individual.

Lead in plan, sourcing and initiate - raise purchase requests accordingly to day-to-day materials / spare parts requirements to ensure stock adequacies, required to ensure smooth Fab operations.

Follow through the orders from the start of purchase till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time (include coordination of shipments etc. with forwarders when required etc.)

Provide good supports on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills so to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.

Self-starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision.

Process strong sense of customer service mind-set and teamwork.

Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams.

Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.

Put-up good initiatives to move forward towards systematic inventory digitalization.

Ability to work in a multi-task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers.

Experience:

Degree in engineering discipline. Preferably in procurement, supply chain logistic/ warehouse operation.

At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experiences; with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.

Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be an advantage.
