Job Description

As a Research Executive, you will be responsible for conducting and managing research fieldwork through project execution, team supervision, and ensuring data quality and compliance throughout all stages across research projects

What Will You Do

Project Management

Collaborate with project teams to understand scope and requirements Analyse manpower needs and get approvals for Associate hiring and rates Develop fieldwork plans including timelines, resource allocation, team structures, and contingency plans Allocate and schedule fieldwork resources to meet project milestones Track fieldwork progress and data quality; provide updates and resolve issues proactively Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Maintain and update Associate databases; develop payment guidelines

Associates Management

Conduct Associate recruitment Ensure documentation is complete for contract preparation Manage distribution and tracking of company assets Process payments accurately and on time Maintain performance feedback records for future recruitment

Data Processing

Clean and verify collected data for accuracy Code open-ended responses using appropriate tools Clean transcripts to ensure data reliability

Fieldwork Execution

Conduct fieldwork: interviews (phone/in-person), audits, and participant recruitment Ensure accurate data entry and adhere to project protocols Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all field engagements Address respondent queries promptly and respectfully

What It Takes To Be In This Role

Diploma in any discipline (preferably completed a module in Market Research or Business Statistics) Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection, project management, or project work delivery in market research Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Good understanding of market research principles Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working independently and in teams Flexible with working hours, including availability on weekends based on project needs
