Job Description
Short DescriptionThe successful candidate will support the Senior Manager to manage and drive all assigned projects and functions so as to ensure the effective operations of the school.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in SUSS for area-specific research
- Liaison for research grants and funding bodies, including timely submissions and reporting of progress, budgetary and claims matters, including managing post-grant submissions and queries
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality of sensitive data
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Masters in related Disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant research and/or working experience, preferably for institutes of higher learning, or similar teaching and learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn new IT applications when required
- Ability to manage multiple projects, and work within tight timelines
- A good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative
- Meticulous, organised and resourceful
