Conduct research on the formulation and processing of 3D printed soft materials, develop and optimize material compositions, and perform experimental characterization and testing.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate materials into functional prototypes and applications.
Prepare research findings for publication in high-impact scientific journals.
Assist in the supervision and mentorship of graduate and undergraduate students.
Participate in lab management, including equipment maintenance, supply management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong background in materials formulation, polymer processing, and 3D printing technologies.
Proven track record of publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
