Highly motivated and creative postdoctoral candidates are sought to work at the Yang Zhang Lab, Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, School of Computing, and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, at National University of Singapore.
Candidates, who are interested in artificial intelligence (AI) and deep machine learning, protein and RNA structural prediction, protein and peptide design and engineering, and/or protein-ligand docking and drug screening, are encouraged to apply.
We are particularly interested in the development of new AI-based approaches to cancer therapeutics, including antibody design and discovery, T cell receptor T cell therapy (TCR-T), and peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) cancer therapy. Focus of our laboratory is more on new and creative algorithm/platform developments rather than application of existing programs. Therefore, skills in computational coding and creativity in scientific method design, together with interest in computational cancer medicine, are critical to the position. Previous experience in machine learning will be a plus. More details on our projects can be found at .
To apply, please send your CV, a brief description of your research interest and plan, and contact information of three professional referees to Prof Yang Zhang (Email: ).
