Research Fellow (applied Psychology/education)
Job Description
The School of Social Sciences is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellow. The Research Fellow will be a key member of a 2-year project on understanding the experiences of low wage workers in the pursuit of lifelong learning.Key Responsibilities:Conduct literature review related to the research projectAssist with the data collectionCompile, process, and analyze the quantitative and qualitative data collectedSupport the preparation of presentation, progress and final reports, and manuscripts related to the projectsLiaise with external organization/institutions to handle any administrative work related to the project.Job Requirements:Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, Education or related fieldsGood research, communication, and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently.Experience in empirical research, particularly research design, empirical methodologies, and scholastic writing of journal articles.Excellent data analytic skillsProficient in software such as R, SPSS, MplusExperience with project management and grant application is desirable.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
