This role will focus on, programme evaluation, execution of data collection, data management, report writing, and micro-job arrangements for seniors involved in the programme.What You Will Be Doingxe2x97x8f Coordinate the research development, execution, and data management of the reminiscence project.
xe2x97x8f Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders and funders.
xe2x97x8f Lead the research team to consolidate the research data, presentation and report
xe2x97x8f Facilitate the arrangement and management of micro-jobs for seniors involved in the programme.
xe2x97x8f Perform other duties as required.Job Requirementsxe2x97x8f Degree in Gerontology, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in eldercare or community-based programmes.
xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of the socio-economic landscape of ageing populations and reminiscence in aged care, and interest in reminiscence facilitation (priority).
xe2x97x8f Proven experience in project management programme evaluation and report writing.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in research skills, budgeting, and reporting.
xe2x97x8f Facilitate the arrangement and management of micro-jobs for seniors involved in the programme.
xe2x97x8f Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
xe2x97x8f Positive, goal-oriented, and willing to travel.
