Research Fellow, Intelligent Systems
Job Description
, at the Department of Information Systems & Analytics, National University of Singapore is seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher with expertise in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Science, Action Design Research.
The Research Fellow will be responsible for working closely with the Principal Investigator (A/Prof Suranga Nanayakkara). He/She will work on prototyping, developing and evaluating intelligent human-computer interfaces aimed at extending our perceptual & cognitive capabilities.
Major responsibilities include: * Conduct original, impactful research.
- Provide guidance to PhD students, Research Engineers in the group.
- Dissemination of the research outcomes via journal/conference papers and contribute to research grant proposals
- Participation in industry project meetings as well as industrial/academic events.
Experience and skills include:
- PhD in Information Systems (or equivalent)
- Experience and interest in Design Science/Action Design Research
- Good track record of research with a good publication record
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
