The Opportunity
- Working with well-established healthcare institute
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
- Location: Central West
- PhD/ Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing/ medicine or any other related discipline
- Minimally 4 years of experience in medical research
- Experience with setting up a database
- Driven and motivated to achieve research excellence
- Ability to generate experimental results leading to high impact publication.
- Able to work independently.
- Setting up a chronic disease database and analysis.
- To approach patients to invite them to participate in ethics approved clinical research studies, if required.
- Write and review research papers, present research outcomes and develop collaborations.
- Contribute to project management and provide guidance to more junior researchers.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Develop your own portfolio of research work and projects.
- Working with PI(s) perform research grant administrative matters such as, (not limited to):
- Supporting PIs with variation & extension requests, working with the ethics committee and submission of claims.
- Assisting with Annual progress reports, Mid-term and Final review reports.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer/HOD.
