Job Description
- Conducting numerical modeling of heat transfer and hydrodynamic performance of the cold plate
- Developing hybrid material cold plate
- Conducting test-bedding of the proposed cold plate design
- Communicating with various stakeholders to set up the testbed and liaising with other project teams for the life cycle cost analysis
- Sizing pipes, calculating heat loads, and sizing of cooling equipment
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with
- Experience in prototyping and experimental work.
- Knowledge of CFD analysis using commercial software such as ANSYS FLUENT, ICEPAK
- Knowledge of data centre operation is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good communication skills in English
