Conducting numerical modeling of heat transfer and hydrodynamic performance of the cold plate
Developing hybrid material cold plate
Conducting test-bedding of the proposed cold plate design
Communicating with various stakeholders to set up the testbed and liaising with other project teams for the life cycle cost analysis
Sizing pipes, calculating heat loads, and sizing of cooling equipment
Qualifications
PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with
Experience in prototyping and experimental work.
Knowledge of CFD analysis using commercial software such as ANSYS FLUENT, ICEPAK
Knowledge of data centre operation is an added advantage
Able to work independently and as a team
Good communication skills in English
