Specifically, we expect the selected candidate to lead and pursue high-quality research on intelligent transportation systems, including but not limited to traffic control in urban and highway contexts, vehicle dynamics and control, and optimization of transportation infrastructure. In addition to research, the selected candidate is expected to help draft research proposals and supervise graduate and undergraduate students.Job Requirements
- Possess a PhD degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other closely related fields
- Research experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems with excellent publication record
- Good programming and analytical skills.
- Expertise in control theory, optimization, game theory, and machine learning is highly preferable .
