About the position
The research intern will report to our head of APAC research and work with our APAC analysts. They will have the opportunity to provide research, analysis, and forecasts to senior executives at large multinational corporations as part of the APAC research team\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing content production. Tasks will include collecting and analyzing macroeconomic and benchmarking data, providing ongoing media monitoring for key markets, as well as putting together written materials, powerpoint slides, and other information to support client deliverables or analysis by the APAC research team.


About FrontierView\xe2\x80\x99s Global Research Team
The intern will be part of FrontierView\xe2\x80\x99s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView\xe2\x80\x99s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. They work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView\xe2\x80\x99s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships.The intern will be part of FrontierView\xe2\x80\x99s global research team. About You
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a researcher with strong qualitative and quantitative skills, a background in economics, and interest in countries across APAC. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to quickly find and organize relevant information are key for this position. Qualified individuals looking to get experience in private sector focused research are encouraged to apply.

What To Expect in This Position:

• • Monitoring and analyzing economic, political, and business trends
  • Collecting and organizing macroeconomic indicators & ongoing economic analysis
  • Writing research deliverables that are concise and impactful for a senior executive audience
  • Shadowing research presentations to clients

What Sets You Apart:

• • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree (completed or in progress) from a well-regarded academic institution in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International Relations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of macroeconomics through prior experience or relevant coursework
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Superb time and project management skills; experience in managing multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated ability to cover a variety of topics and issues, including unfamiliar ones
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work relatively independently
  • A team-oriented mindset
