Job Title: Research Officer - Lab of Regulatory Genomics

Job Type: Full-time

Location: GIS, Genome, Biopolis

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Research Officer (Research Technician) to join our team and work on Spatial and Single-Cell Genomics projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, genomics, or a related field, and will be working closely with the research team for designing, executing and analyzing experiments involving the integration of spatial transcriptomics and Single-Cell genomics.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute experiments to investigate gene expression in Single-Cells and/or spatially resolved tissue samples
Analyze data from transcriptomic and genomic assays including Single-Cell RNAseq, spatial transcriptomics, and other sequencing technologies
Develop and optimize experimental protocols for Single-Cell genomics and spatial transcriptomics
Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to scientific reports (internally)

Work collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and implement research strategies Qualifications:

A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in molecular biology, genomics, or a related field
Strong experience with molecular biology techniques, including sample preparation, RNA isolation, and sequencing library preparation
Experience in Single-Cell genomics and/or spatial transcriptomics is a plus but not necessary
Proficient in data analysis tools such as R, Python is a plus
Experience with microscopy, image analysis, and statistical analysis would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
Excellent organizational and communication skills
