We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Research Officer

to join our team. The Research Officer will play a key role in conducting clinical and academic research in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the clinic's evidence-based initiatives, and contributing to publications and studies that advance the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, execution, and management of clinical and scientific research projects related to TCM. Collect, organize, and analyze research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Conduct literature reviews and support preparation of research proposals, manuscripts, and presentations. Liaise with physicians, therapists, and external collaborators to facilitate research activities. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies. Contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and clinical guidelines based on research findings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, TCM, or related discipline. Prior experience in clinical or healthcare research preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills. Familiarity with research methodologies, statistics, and ethical guidelines. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative healthcare is a plus.
