About the Role

We are opening an exciting new position for a Thought Leadership Strategic Insights Analyst. This role is based in Singapore.

You will join an inter-disciplinary team of professional thought leaders and expert researchers responsible for shaping influential ideas targeted at the C-suite and boardrooms. This role will work closely with global and regional research experts, marketing professionals, and business leaders to create high-quality thought leadership on a wide range of business, technology, environmental, and societal issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, empirical rigor, and conceptual development acumen to shape contemporary, market-relevant ideas.

You will bring a deep interest in and proficient understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with proven ability to analyze, interpret, synthesize, and effectively communicate findings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will contribute to regular thought leadership studies, aligned with corporate priorities, that result in differentiated, provocative content, and valuable Intellectual Property for Accenture.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Performing literature review and supporting the development of hypotheses.

Demonstrating originality in framing of research ideas and approaches.

Assembling data from multiple sources to test hypotheses on key topics and conducting high-quality analysis with a significant degree of autonomy.

Presenting key findings in a structured and concise manner (with focus on insights).

Developing in-depth qualitative case studies.

Contributing to the design of questionnaires for surveys and in-depth interviews.

Developing relationships and credibility with Accenture executives and key stakeholders.

Actively participating in Accenture Research workgroups at local, regional or global levels.

Qualifications

Your Skills:

A high degree of intellectual curiosity in the areas of business, management, and technology; with ongoing learning about seminal ideas and key thinkers.

Strong heuristic acumen and problem-solving skills (initiating issue-based research efforts).

Proven ability to conduct empirical research and utilize multiple forms of data (e.g., ESG data; high frequency market data; financial data; qualitative / behavioral data; economic data). Strong quantitative methodology skills would be beneficial.

Ability to curate compelling insights using information from e.g., company analysis, market analysis, strategic analysis frameworks, interview-based research and financial analysis.

Strong communication skills (including high proficiency in English).

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.

Your Experience:

2+ years of work experience in a consulting firm, a think tank , a research organization, or an academic organization.

Experience in developing business-related content, targeted at senior leaders.

Evidence of publishing in academic, or business journals would be beneficial.

Your Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree (Bachelor s Degree) in any of the following disciplines: Business, Commerce, Finance, Technology, Economics, Philosophy, or Natural / Environmental Sciences.
