Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirement
• Actively sourcing of suitable candidates via internal system and/or external job boards
• Create profile and records of candidates in the system
• Make a preliminary call to candidate to assess their interest on the available jobs
• Supply after-screening candidates CVs for review.
• Schedule a candidate virtual meeting for interview preparation once candidate is selected by client for interview.
• Interview coordination and post-interview follow-up
• Ensure candidate is given all information on the date of joining & first day report.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Great passion in recruitment sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
