Handle reservation requests from various channels in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
Respond to customer inquiries, address guest concerns, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Process changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Resolve booking issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Create and update reservations in the PMS with precision and attention to detail.
Assist in training team members on reservation procedures to uphold service standards.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in reservations or hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Basic knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
