Job Description
Salary: Basic SGD 2,700 + incentives Working Time: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, Sat half day)/ 44 hours (Shift between 6AM- 9PM) Location: Thomson (Novena) Responsibilities:
- Providing guests with excellent service, recommendation of bookings and advising on various amenities and services.
- Upholding of the brand\'s image through courteous, prompt and exceptional service provisions.
- Responding to queries through calls or emails in the most professional manner.
- Assisting guests to ensure smooth check-ins as well as pre-planning of facilities as required.
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines and case management.
- Comfortable to work at call centre environment
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution
