Handle reservations for all clients including online travel agents, internal and ad-hocs hotline bookings
Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience
Ensure proper handling and closure of hotel reservations
Input and update reservations, record special requests/ changes and arrange for arrival and departure transfers
Ensure timeliness of replies and accuracy of reservations forms through answer calls, reply emails and faxes
Send extension check emails to corporate clients and ensure a reply within the deadline
Prepare and send confirmation letters to guests
Keep proper filing and recording of all correspondences
Adhere to and support hotel related policies and procedures

Requirements:
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience or in Front Office/Customer Service Operations
Knowledge in Property Management System will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage
Display high level of customer service
Possess strong communication and administration skills
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as a team
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu if work on Public Holidays)
