Responsibilities

• To handle reservations from multiple channels, following standardized procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Working closely with bookers, hotels, and sales teams for a seamless pre-arrival process.
• Provide customers with informed and personalized interactions by keeping promotions and hotel details up-to-date.
• Maximize opportunities by applying upselling strategies and ensuring compliance with departmental policies.
• Providing support as required to management.
