Full-Time Reservations Executive
Love the sea, people, and making every guest feel special? Royal Albatross -- Singapore's luxury tall ship -- is looking for two full-time Reservations Executives to join our energetic team at Sentosa!

• What You'll Do

Be the first friendly contact for guests -- assist with enquiries, bookings, and special requests via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Support guest check-ins and use simple IT systems or booking tools to ensure smooth, accurate operations.
Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive service at all times -- you represent the spirit of the Royal Albatross!
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless cruise experiences.
Help guests -- from tourists to locals -- create beautiful memories onboard.

• Who You Are

Friendly, polite, and professional -- you know how to make guests feel welcome.
Enjoys talking to people and solving problems with a smile.
Able to work weekends and public holidays (we're busiest when others play!).
Comfortable using basic computer systems or technology (training provided).
Positive team player who loves the sea, boats, and hospitality.
Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or hospitality is a plus -- but attitude matters more!

• Location: Sentosa Gateway (near VivoCity)

• Hours: 5 days/week, including weekends & public holidays (rotational shifts)

• Salary: $2700-$3200SGD, with performance incentives
