Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.
- Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant site working experience.
- The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.
- Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work as a team.
- Familiarity with large scale institutional projects, in particular those healthcare in nature.
- Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and ID fitting out works.
- Experience with healthcare projects will be advantageous.
