Our client is an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company with a 100-year legacy of innovations in sustainable infrastructure. About the role:

• Lead the site supervision team on the Civil and Structural works on infrastructure project.
• Assist Construction Manager on all Civil & Structural site issue’s and supporting critical defects and punch lists rectification works
• Addressing and responding to all related RFI’s and technical submittals issued by the Contractor, including assessing Contractor’s proposal for construction discrepancies, coordinating with other discipline engineers and occasional liaising with the design team and QP at HQ, as required.
• Liaising with the contractors, stakeholders and client on the requirements for submission of all relevant documents to the authorities for approval.
• Involvement in contract-related matters on the project. Attendance in meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and to lead in technical and progress discussions

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works.
• Good experience in water treatment plant/Desalination Plant projects and contract management would be an added advantage
• A registered Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations
• Good knowledge of civil and structural details, working drawings, and local construction practices
• Those with design (concrete or steel) capabilities will possess a distinct advantage
• Good leadership and supervisory skills with experience in leading a group of Resident Technical Officers
