cope of Work
In-Scope Platforms:
CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) - On-premise and SaaS RSA Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Key Responsibilities
Perform
weekly system health checks
to ensure optimal performance of CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA platforms. Conductgeneral administration
and maintenance of the platforms. Executesystem patching
and updates for CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA applications or appliances.Respond to system alerts and errors
, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution. Handleonboarding and offboarding of users and accounts
within CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA systems. Deployout-of-the-box CyberArk plug-ins and connectors
as required.Develop custom connectors
for applications not supported natively by CyberArk. Participate inscheduled maintenance activities
; for any work performed outside office hours, compensatoryoff-in-lieu leave
will be provided.Other Terms
* The Resident Engineer will be
entitled to Singapore statutory annual leave and medical leave
in accordance with local employment regulations.
