Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities of a Resident Engineer
1. Experience in M & E Co-ordination if an advantage.
2. Relevant experience in managing construction of luxurious bungalow.
3. Possess leadership quality to supervise engineering building construction.
4. To supervise demolition work.
5. To supervise ERSS work.
6. To supervise structural RC.
7. To supervise structural steel work.
8. To supervise steel fabrication and erection.
9. To supervise all necessary structural test.
10. To monitor, supervise, coordinate, report and control work progress.
11. Ensure records all engineering works are updated and property kept.
12. Attending site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
