Job Description
:
Take on the statutory duties of supervising the Works to comply with BCA approval plans Supervise all civil, structural, and geotechnical building works, including architectural works and structural elements for architectural work, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewerage system, and specialist engineering works for compliance with LTA's requirements and other authorities' requirements Keep and provide technical and documentary supports required by LTA in relation to any contractor's claims
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in civil/structural discipline accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Holding a valid resident engineer certificate issued by JAC Min. 4 years of experience in civil engineering projects as a civil engineer Min. 2 years of experience in the supervision of cut-and-cover tunnels and/or at-grade roads/viaducts Attaining a valid certification under the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course Attaining LTA's Certificate of Achievement upon completion of Construction Safety Management Course for QSS Site Office Location: in Ang Mo Kio/Sg Seletar * Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 12:30pm, Saturday Contract: 2 or 3 years (renewable)
