Supervise and manage construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.
Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical/site issues.
Lead and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
Manage and mentor Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) and site supervision team.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including site records, progress reports, and quality control.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognised institution and accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience, with at least 3 years in road/viaduct/tunnel
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
