Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site supervision teams (including RTOs) for daily construction activities. Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards. Review and coordinate design, shop drawings, and contractors' submissions. Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control on site. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. Ensure all works comply with workplace safety and environmental requirements. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Prepare and review site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. Registered as a
Resident Engineer (RE)
with theIES Singapore
. Minimum5 years of relevant experience
ininfrastructure, viaduct, or tunnel construction projects
(preferably LTA projects). Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, local codes, and authority procedures. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Able to work independently and manage a team of RTOs effectively.
