Resident Manager

to oversee our cleaning operations at Changi Airport. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. 6 days per week

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations. Ensure that cleaning contracts are fulfilled to the satisfaction of clients and in accordance with agreed-upon service levels. Effective instruction and management of supervisors/cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc. Resolving all matters on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports. Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Optimize resource allocation, manage labour costs, and reduce operational inefficiencies. Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline. At least 5 years' experience in cleaning/facilities management industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Familiarity with airport operations will be preferred. Must be able to work on weekends. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be IT savvy and able to become proficient at new software systems. Must be well-groomed. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent time management. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
