A rare Resident Manager, Trust Operations job opportunity has just become available at a growing financial services group, based in Singapore. The group is expanding its trust operations, and they are looking for an ambitious professional with strong experience across trust operations.
About the Resident Manager, Trust Operations Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in the launch and development of the firm\'s new office. You will be working closely with key decision makers and your responsibilities will cover all aspects of trust operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the set up of trust structures and client onboarding
- Developing operating procedures and best practices for the firm\'s Singapore office
- Conducting periodic reviews to identify, analyse, and mitigate risks within trust structures
- Reviewing and approving financial statements for accounting purposes
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders on issues and requests for information
- Offering guidance to junior members in the day-to-day operations of trusts and companies
Key requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Law, Business, Accounting, or related background
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of fundamental trust and company law and administration
- Full working proficiency with both written and spoken Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
