Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements Monitor contractors' work quality, progress, and adherence to project schedule Prepare and maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on all technical and site matters

Scope of Work:

Addition & Alteration (A&A) works to the existing Station and construction of a new 5-level underground station

Requirements:

Recognised

Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

(as accepted by BCA / IES / ACES)

Valid RTO registration

with IES/BCA LTA Minimum

8 years of relevant site supervision experience

(MRT, underground, or structural works experience preferred) Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills * Must be willing to work rotational shift
