Job Description

Supervise and ensure timely execution of site works while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Perform all duties and responsibilities required of Site Supervisors as stipulated by BCA. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, schedules, and site instructions. Review and verify drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and report them promptly to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC). Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with approved standards; take corrective actions for any non-compliance and report to the RE/QP as necessary. Monitor and verify that all structural and critical works are executed in accordance with approved plans. Attend site, progress, variation, QA/QC, and coordination meetings, and maintain accurate records and minutes of these meetings.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent institution. Must be registered with IES as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with a valid certificate. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably with LTA, HDB, DSTA, or CAG projects. * Willing to work on shift schedules, including night shifts and rotational Sunday duties.
